How YouPlan Uses Your Data

Local-first by design

All your tasks, focus sessions, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.

Google Services (optional, user-initiated)

If you sign in with Google, the App can access:

Google Drive (app-specific folder only) — to back up and restore your task data. The App cannot access any other files on your Drive.
Google Calendar (events) — to sync your tasks as calendar events. The App only creates, updates, and deletes events for tasks managed within YouPlan.

Both features require explicit opt-in in the App's settings. You can revoke access at any time by signing out or through your Google Account permissions.

Third-party services

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous crash reporting and RevenueCat for subscription management. No personally identifiable information is shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

YouPlan is available on the Google Play Store. Supports 20+ languages including English, Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen, Turkish, and more.
